How to create gateway to FrontApp

Select "Gateways" from your Aissist left side panel, click "Add Gateway", choose FrontApp and then follow the instructions to finish the setup.

How does Aissistant work on FrontApp?

Aissistant works, largely, in similar way as human, creating response, draft, comment, tag, and summary.

Auto Response

Generates the most contextually appropriate responses from the massive information you have.

Auto Draft

Draft for human agent to review, edit, and send.

Create Tag

Aissistant produces the tags based on the context to help you better manage and organize the engagements, with ease.

Streamline with human

Aissistant is equipped with self-awareness to auto-detect the needs for human help or follow up so that you don’t miss any important leads or information.

Create Summary

Aissistant generates summary with next steps and unaddressed questions to quickly bring the human team up to speed.

Co-Pilot Mode

FrontApp Co-Pilot is automatically installed when you create the gateway to your FrontApp account.

If you don’t see the Co-Pilot panel in your FrontApp, please do the following

(1) Go to your FrontApp workspace, click on any conversation;

(2) Click “Manage” on the right side panel, in the list, pin the “Aissist” plug-in, then the following panel will appear;
